Sans Opaque black crimson colour with black crimson hue. Aroma of dark chocolate, cherry and spice, followed by violet end notes. This is a big shiraz by Western Australian standards and resembles the voluptuous character of McLaren Vale. Excellent palate weight with ‘joosyâ€?flavours of blackberry and spice over a black pepper back palate. Fine grained tannins, velvet smooth. Aftertaste of dark chocolate, plum, spice and black pepper.Cellar 3-4 years (2012-2013) Alc/Vol: 15.0%
