Sans Matured in American and Hungarian oak for 17 months. Totally opaque black dark red colour with deep dark red hue. The nose displays good intensitywith liquorice and vanillin oak top notes followed by some aniseed and spice. Big, voluptuous, richly textured palate with flavours of liquorice, aniseed, toasty vanilla and spice. Velvet smooth tannins. Long aniseed, liquorice, vanillin confectionary and spice aftertaste.Drink over the next 4-5 years (2012-2017).Alc 15.0%
