Sans Matured in French oak for 18 months. Deep dark red crimson colour with dark red mauve hue. Aromas of liquorice, confectionary and spice. The palate displays good weight with flavours of ripe plum, blackcurrant and dark cherry followed by some spice and cedar. Generous flavour profile.
