Sans Occasionally, Warrabilla have some parcels of wine that don’t quite fit into their Reserve or Parola’s labels. These parcels are isolated and bottled to be released under the Brimin Series label. This process essentially the same as the one successfully employed by Domaines Tatiarra and Curly Flat. Brimin draws strong parralels with Tatiarra’s ‘Culled Barrelâ€?and Curly Flat’s ‘Williams Crossingâ€?releases. The aim is to preserve the integrity of the flagship wines, whilst offering outstanding value.
