Sans Very deep �virtually opaque black crimson colour with black purple hue. Classic McLaren Vale Shiraz nose. Lifted vanilla top note, followed by liquorice allsorts, ripe blackberry and plum. The palate displays flavours of plum, spice and stewed fruit. Fine, slightly chalky tannins. Back palate flavours of black pepper and spice with some chocolate evident. Very long aftertaste of spice, plum, blackberry and chocolate. Cellar 3-4 years (2012-2013) Alc/Vol: 14.5%
