Sans This wine is produced from the declassified barrels of Carricks top label. Matured in French oak about 20% of which are new. Semi translucent dark crimson mauve colour with mauve crimson hue exhibiting excellent depth for a Pinot Noir. The nose displays perfumed aromas of dark cherry, violets, spice and toasted oak. Mouthfilling palate flavours of black cherry, dark plum and spicy oak. Very fine grained tannin structure. Good powerwave with long aftertaste of spice and black cherry.Cellar 3-4 years (2013-2014)14.0% Alc
