Sans Good white creamy mousse showing excellent hold with a very pale straw base wine colour. Exceptionally fine and very persistent bead. The nose is quite refined with aromas of cashew, citrus, baked bread and yeast lees present. The palate possesses excellent length and persistence with elegant flavours of pear, citrus and cashew followed by some brioche and yeasty back palate characters. Clean crisp dry finish with long citrus, cashew and yeast lees aftertaste.Drink over the next 3-4 years.Alc 12.5%
