Guy Beyris has farmed his property for decades, always favoring the former, Armagnac’s historic grape variety. His 2008 vintage was distilled in Philippe Gironi stills and aged in 400-liter Bartholomo cooperage barrels. Like others in the Unique Collection, no blending of domains or vintagestakes place.
