Sans Semi translucent dark red colour with a brick red hue. Pronounced aromas of ripe dark cherries sit alongside subtle stewed fruit characters followed by dried meats, toasty cedar, earth and spice. Light to medium weight with a round supple texture the palate delivers flavours of dark cherries and red cherries intermixed with meaty game like characters, spicy cedar and earth. The fruit is starting to fade and it dries out a little towards the finish. Very fine grained velvet like tannins. Medium to long aftertaste of dark and dried cherries, dried meats, spicy cedar and earthy leather. Drink over the next 1-2 years. Alc 13%
