Sans This wine has been matured in 40% new French oak and 60% 1 & 2 year old French oak for 18 months. Opaque black crimson red colour with very deep crimson red dark purple hue. The nose displays scents of blackberry, black cherry and liquorice followed by some spicy end notes. Medium to full bodied the palate delivers inky blackberry and liquorice flavours followed by some confectionary and spice. Dry, slightly chalky, grippy tannins. Aftertaste of ripe blackberry, liquorice and spice.Cellar 4-5 years (2015-2016).Alc 14.5%
