Sans Deep purple red colour with purple crimson hue. The nose is quite aromatic with notes of blackberry, plum and liquorice allsorts. Medium to full bodied with flavours of blackberry, aniseed and confectionary followed by a spicy peppery back palate. Quite joosy with very fine grained velvet like tannin structure.
