Sans Henry’s Seven is a tribute to Henry Evans who planted the frst vineyard of seven acres at Keyneton in 1853. A blend of 75% Shiraz, 15% Grenache, 8% Viognier and 2% Mourvèdre, the Viognier component was co-fermented with Shiraz whilst the Grenache and Mourvèdre were fermented separately. Maturation took place in seasoned French hogsheads for 15 months.
