Sans Very deep dark red black colour with dark crimson purple hue. The nose displays aromas of ripe black cherries and liquorice with a meaty overtone followed by some earth, incense and spice. Medium bodied the palate possesses flavours of ripe dark cherries and liquorice intermixed with some dried meaty characters followed by some earth and spice. Dryish finish with slightly chewy but relatively fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of ripe dark cherries, meaty earth and spice.Cellar 4-5 years.Alc 13.5%
