The nose displays an intense sniff of ripe blackberry and dark plum top notes followed by some chocolate bullets, vanillin oak and spice. Full bodied the palate displays impressive concentration and richness with an almost voluptuous mouthfeel. Opulent fleshy flavours of ripe blackberry, dark chocolate and dark plum followed by some liquorice and toasty vanillin spice. Silky smooth perfectly integrated tannins. Excellent length with very long dark plum, dark chocolate, liquorice and toasty spice aftertaste.Drink over the next 4-5 years.Alc 14.5%
