Sans Brilliant pale straw colour with slight greenish tinge and watery hue. The nose is a little subdued displaying aromas of ripe apple, pear, citrus and spice. Good palate weight and mouthfeel with flavours of ripe apple, spice and ripe pear followed by some quince on the back palate. Clean dry finish with well balanced acid structure. Aftertaste of apple, spice and quince.Cellar 4-5 years (2014-2015)Alc 12.5%
