Sans Totally opaque black crimson colour with black crimson hue showing excellent depth. The nose displays top notes of very ripe blackberry and dark plum followed by some dark chocolate and liquorice. Full bodied the palate is very concentrated delivering a big mouthful of ripe dark plum, liquorice, dark chocolate and vanillin confectionary. Opulent texture with fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of liquorice, dark chocolate and vanillin spice. A big ripe Central Victorian Shiraz.Drink over the next 2-3 years (2011-2014).Alc 14.9%
