Sans This is the second label of Palliser Estate and represents great value for money. The wine was made using traditional Burgundian techniques and matured for 12 months in French oak. Excellent depth of colour for a Pinot at this price point �almost opaque with dark crimson mauve colour and crimson mauve hue. The nose is quite perfumed with aromas of black cherry, anise and plum followed by a cedar end note. The palate is quite generous with flavours of dark cherry, anise, dark plum and spice. Good power wave. Fine grained velvet like tannins with aftertaste of spice, black cherry and dark plum. Cellar 2-3 years (2011-2012)13.5% Alc
