Sans Produced from a blend of 54% Cabernet Sauvignon and 46% Shiraz. Opaque dark red colour with deep dark red mauve hue. The nose displays lifted aromas of blackberry, dark plum, cassis and dark chocolate followed by a touch of spice as an end note. Full bodied with a ripe joosy mouthfeel the palate displays opulent flavours of cassis, dark chocolate and blackberry followed by some confectionary and spice. Velvet smooth tannins with long aftertaste of blackberry, blackcurrant and spice.Drink over the next 2-3 years (2010-2013)Alc 14.0%
