Sans The fruit for this wine was entirely hand harvested in excellent conditions between the 8th March and 21st April. About 50% of the grapes came from Los Vascos own vineyards with the balance sourced from the cool valleys of Casablanca and Leyda, which are renowned for their quality in white wine production. These vineyards were supervised by the Los Vascos team through pruning, development and especially during the harvest. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks and the wine was bottled in September 2008.
