Sans Semi translucent dark crimson red colour with dark crimson mauve hue. Perfumed aromas of dark cherries, dark plum and violets with some light spicy cedar overtones showing excellent intensity. Light to medium weight the palate possesses good richness and fleshy mouthfeel with flavours of dark cherry, ripe plum and spice followed by some toasty oak. Very fine grained soft tannins. Good power wave with long dark cherry, plum and spicy toasty oak aftertaste.Drink over the next 3-4 years (2011-2015).Alc 13.5%
