Sans Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinge around the edges and water like hue. Lifted aromas of white peach, nougat, cashew, lees and a touch of spice showing good intensity. Refined palate flavours of nectarine, pear and citrus followed by spice and cashew on the back palate. Clean dry finish with good acidity. Aftertaste of nectarine, pear and spice with a hint of cashew also emerging.Cellar 2-3 years (2012-2013).Alc 13.0%
