Sans Knockdhu is better known as AnCnoc. In this example, its dainty, fruity spirit spent 13 months of secondary maturation in a Moscatel wine barrique. The honeyed note from the moscatel jumps forward amid cereals, milk chocolate and light cinnamon. A gorgeously effective wine finishing, again with the floral-bush-honey and citrus blossom character coming through on the palate with a keen balance and tolerable heat.
