Sémillon-dominant blend from vineyards with limestone-clay soils, benefiting from the cool microclimate of Barsac. Grapes are affected by botrytis cinerea (noble rot) for concentrated sweetness. Fermented and aged in French oak barrels (50% new) for about 18 months to develop richness and complexity. A luscious dessert wine with aromas of apricot, candied citrus peel, and honey. The palate is rich yet balanced, featuring vibrant acidity and a persistent, opulent finish.
