Sans Opaque black crimson purple colour with deep dark purple crimson red hue. The nose shows excellent intensity with aromas of blackcurrant, toasty cedar, cigar box, earth and spice. Medium to full bodied the palate possesses excellent ripeness with rich blackcurrant flavours followed by some tobacco cigar box like characters, toasty cedar and spice. Quite fleshy in mouthfeel with very fine grained well balanced tannins. Aftertaste of blackcurrant, spice, earthy tobacco and some toasty cedar.Cellar 3-4 years (2015-2016).Alc 14.0%
