Sans Totally opaque black crimson colour with youthful deep crimson hue. The nose displays perfumed aromas of black raspberry and blackberry with an overlay of incense followed by some meaty blackpepper end notes showing impressive intensity. Medium to full bodied the palate displays good richness with flavours of black raspberry, liquorice and spice with a dry meaty back palate. Slightly chalky dryish tannins but in balance. Aftertaste of liquorice, black raspberry, spice and dried meat.Cellar 4-5 years (2015-2016)Alc 13%
