Sans Totally opaque black purple colour with deep dark red purple hue. The nose displays youthful aromas of freshly crushed berries including blackberry, dark cherry and dark plum followed by a touch of liquorice and spice. Full bodied, rich and joosy the palate delivers fully ripened flavours of liquorice, blackberry and meaty earth like characters followed by a spicy finish. Fine grained, slightly dryish but balanced tannins provide excellent structure. Long aftertaste of blackberry, liquorice, earth and spice.Cellar 4-5 years (2015-2016).Alc 14.5%
