Sans Brilliant very pale straw colour with faint greenish tinge around the edges and watery hue. Floral top notes are followed by some ripe apple, citrus and a touch of honeysuckle. Quite fruity but finishing dry the palate displays flavours of ripe apple, citrus and spice with some light honeysuckle end notes. Clean crisp dry finish with aftertaste of apple, spice and honeysuckle.Drink over the next 1-2 years (2011-2013).Alc 12.5%
