The nose displays excellent intensity with aromas of liquorice, black cherry, some smokiness, leather, dried meats and blackpepper. Medium weight the palate possesses a savoury flavour profile of black cherry smoked meats, earth and pepper. Dryish finish with very fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of black cherry, earthy dried meats and smoky blackpepper.Cellar 4-5 years.Alc 13.5%
