Sans Totally opaque black dark crimson red colour with dark red hue. Blackcurrant and dark cherry scents are to the fore with some underlying liquorice, cedar and spicy notes. The palate possesses ripe dark fruit flavours of blackcurrant and dark cherry in a generous fashion followed by a touch of liquorice and some spicy cedar back palate characters. Solidly constructed with slightly firmish but fine grained tannins that lend excellent support to the fruit. Medium to long blackcurrant, liquorice, spicy cedar and earth aftertaste.Cellar 4-5 years.Alc 14.5%
