Sans Produced from a blend of 50% Pinot Noir, 36% Chardonnay and 14% Pinot Meunier. There’s excellent buoyancy to the lacy mousse. A pale straw coloured base is threaded by a stream of tiny bubbles that shows great persistence. Citrusy yeast lees aromas intermix with toast, lightly roasted almonds and subtle bready notes. Rich, elegant and creamy, mouthfilling flavours of citrus, pear and toast overlay yeast lees and lightly honeyed almonds. Dry crisp finish with a lingering aftertaste of yeast lees, baked bread, citrus, toast and cashew.Drink over the next 5-6 years.Alc. 12.5%
