Sans The Gask is sourced from a single plot of Shiraz nestled into the eastern slope of Mt. McKenzie that is painstakingly nurtured by the Knight family. Planted in 1960 this elevated site yields small, intense berries that possess great intensity of flavour without sacrificing balance & poise. Maturation took place in old French barriques for 18 months.
