Sans An elegant Bordeaux styled blend produced from 77% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Merlot, 6% Petit Verdot, 4% Malbec and 3% Cabernet Franc which has been aged for 19 months in French oak barriques of which 51% were new. Opaque dark crimson red black colour with dark crimson red hue. The nose exhibits scents of blackcurrant, mulberry, cedar, tobacco leaf, a hint of bay leaf and spice. Medium weight the palate exudes refinement and class with flavours of blackcurrant and ripe mulberry supported by some cedar, cigar box and spice. Structured yet super fine grained tannins provide perfect balance. Excellent length with very long blackcurrant, ripe mulberry, tobacco, cedar and spice aftertaste.Cellar 8-10 years (2020-2022).Alc 13.0%
