Sans Produced from a blend of 40% Syrah, 25% Mourvedre, 20% Grenache and 15% Carignan. Near opaque black dark purple colour with dark purple black hue. On the nose top notes of dark raspberry are intermixed with some blackberry and liquorice overlaid with a meaty earth like nuance followed by some spice end notes. Medium weight the palate delivers soft generous flavours of black raspberry, liquorice, meaty characters and spice. Dryish finish with very fine grained well integrated tannins. Medium to long liquorice, black raspberry and meaty spice aftertaste.Drink over the next 2-3 years.Alc 13.5%
