Sans Brilliant very pale straw colour with watery hue. The nose displays excellent intensity with top notes of lime, orangerind and lemon followed by some mineral with a hint of talc also present. The palate exhibits excellent concentration with mouthfilling flavours of lime and citrus followed by some orange rind and spice. Clean crisp finish with long aftertaste of lime, citrus and talc.Drink now or cellar 4-5 years (2010-2015).Alc 12.5%
