Sans Brilliant very pale straw colour with water like hue. The nose displays good intensity with lifted notes of lime, orange rind and citrus with a mineral background note. The palate possesses a mineral infused steely acidity which provides the wine with a good backbone for extended cellaring. Flavours of lemon and lime are dominant followed by a touch of spice with a flinty mineral like quality on the finish. Clean, fresh, zesty acidity with aftertaste of mineral, citrus and spice.Drink now or cellar 4-5 years (2010-2015).Alc 12.5%
