Sans Fruit for this wine is sourced from a property at Oakbank in the Adelaide Hills known as ‘Wyeboâ€? it was originally purchased by Leo O’Leary (David’s O’Leary’s Grandfather). The wine has spent over two years in small French oak hogsheads which age between new, one and two year old oak.
