Sans Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinge and water like hue. The nose displays excellent intensity with lifted notes of fresh limes, orange rind and citrus followed by a hint of spice. The palate delivers mouthfilling flavours of citrus and lime followed by some orange rind and mineral with good acid backbone. Dry clean, crisp, zesty acid finish with long aftertaste of citrus, lime and mineral. Drink now or cellar 4-5 years (2010-2015)Alc 12.5%
