Sans Opaque black dark red colour with dark crimson red hue. The nose displays aromas of dark plum, black cherries, earth, toasty cedar and spice. Impressive palate weight and richness with flavours of black cherries and liquorice followed by a touch of dried meats and cedar with a spicy back palate. Slightly dryish but very fine grained perfectly integrated tannins. Long persistent aftertaste of black cherries, liquorice, dried meats and spice.Cellar 5-6 years.Alc 14.2%
