Sans Totally opaque black purple colour with deep bright dark purple hue. The nose displays some ripe blackberry, toasty oak, liquorice and spice aromas but is a little subdued. Medium weightthe palate possesses flavours of blackberry, liquorice, some toasty characters and spice. The palate is a little tight at present and the finish quite dry with a slightly chalky tannin structure. Aftertaste of blackberry, toast and spice.Cellar 3-4 years (2015-2016).Alc 14.0%
