Sans Matured in a combination of new and 1 year old French oak puncheons for a period of 8 months. Brilliant straw colour with a touch of pale gold around the edges and very pale straw hue. The nose displays citrus and toast top notes followed by some underlying roasted almond and a touch of spice. On the palate elegant textured flavours of nectarine, citrus and toast are followed by some light spicy almond and honeycomb. Clean dry moderately creamy finish. Aftertaste of nectarine, toast, almond and spicy honeycomb.Cellar 3-4 years.Alc 12.5%
