Sans Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinge around the edges and watery hue. On the nose white peach, nectarine and cashew scents are complimented by flinty match stick notes with an overlay of spicy oak and light nougat. Mid weight the palate has a flavour profile of nectarine intermixed with some funky match stick characters, citrus, cashew and spice. Clean dry finish with bright acidity providing good structure. Long nectarine, cashew, citrus and spice aftertaste.Cellar 4-5 years.Alc 13%
