Sans Displaying a brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue, this Riesling is still looking very youthful. The nose tosses up lots of tertiary kerosene and toast aromatics underpinned by lime, faint honeyed citrus and spice. Fresh lime and citrus flavours infused with toasty characters fill the mouth over subtle honeyed nuances, light kero and spice. Dry finish with the acidity still very much on the crisp side. Long lime, citrus, honey, toast and spicy kero aftertaste. A wonderful example of aged Australian Riesling.Drink now or cellar a further 4-5 years.Alc. 11%
