Sublime on the nose, the wine mingles naturally with Longmorn’s honeyed, toasted cereal tones, however the palate takes a more bittersweet turn, run through with peppered poached pears, fruit-filled bitter dark chocolates and late orange spice cake, tongue tingling heat rising into the aftertaste. Atypical Longmorn, very textural with quite the attack. 297 bottles at 58.2% Alc./Vol. Non chill filtered.
