Sans Totally opaque black crimson colour with dark crimson red hue. The nose exhibits aromas of ripe blackberry, liquorice and dark chocolate followed by some confectionary notes. Medium to full bodied with flavours of liquorice, dark chocolate, vanillin oak and a touch of spice. Soft fleshy mouthfeel with velvet smooth tannins. It lacks a degree of depth with an aftertaste of liquorice, dark chocolate and toasty vanillin oak. Quite elegant and understated for a Barossa Shiraz.Drink over the next 2-3 years.Alc 14.4%
