Sans Bright straw colour with pale straw hue. Aromas of light pear and cashew are followed by a touch of citrus and some stoney mineral. A texturally fuller style the palate possesses excellent concentration with mouthfilling flavours of pear, spicy cashew and some stoney mineral finishing with some roasted nut characters on the back palate. Clean dry finish. Excellent depth and mouthfeel with long pear, cashew, stoney mineral and roasted nut aftertaste. Drink over the next 4-5 years (2012-2017).Alc 12.0%
