The palate possesses a steely structure with flavours of lemon and citrus dominate followed by some lime and a dry steely mineral infused finish. Clean crisp acidity. Long aftertaste of lemon, lime and steely mineral.Cellar 5-6 years (2016-2017).Alc 11.6%
