2011ScorpoChardonnay

Sans Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. The nose exhibits delicate white peach top notes alongside some citrusy nectarine like aromas with hints of dried honey, cashew and mineral also present. Light and dry with a subtlety rounded textural feel and a flinty finish the palate features flavours of nectarine, citrus, toasty oak, faint dried honey and mineral. Fresh dry finish with an aftertaste of nectarine, toasty oak, dried honey and flinty mineral. A very elegant Chardonnay.Cellar 4-5 years.Alc 13%
