Sans Brilliant very pale straw colour with watery hue. The nose offers up subdued scents of delicate white peach, cashew, a touch of toasty oak and spice. Light to medium weight the palate is very elegant and lacks any real depth with very subtle flavours of citrus, light white peach, cashew and spice. Clean dry finish with moderate light white peach, cashew and spice aftertaste.Give it 3-4 years bottle age to build.Alc 12.5%
