Sans Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and watery hue. The nose displays aromas of pear and green apple overlaid with wet stone followed by some toast and spice end notes. Light and dry the palate has a broad mouthfeel with flavours of pear, cashew, wet stone and mineral. Clean dry finish with aftertaste of pear, green apple and stony mineral.Drink over the next 2-3 years.Alc 12%
