Sans An early pioneer of the Adelaide Hills region winemaker Stephen George established his vineyard in the Piccadilly Valley in the early 1980s and began producing its first wines in 1987. This wine is matured in seasoned French oak with the fruit being sourced from around ten of Ashton Hills own pinot clones and a neighbouring vineyard.
